In 1991, employed as a mechanic for equipment repair at the Technical Service Station (STS) of Kemin District. From 1994 to 2006, worked on his own mini-farm. In 2006, appointed as a land affairs specialist at the Kyzyl-Oktyabr Ayil Okmotu. In 2009, enrolled in the distance learning program of the Kyrgyz Agrarian University named after K.I. Skryabin. In 2010, served as Acting Head of the Kyzyl-Oktyabr Ayil Okmotu. From 2011, worked as Deputy Head of the Kemin Settlement Administration. In 2012, served as a leading specialist at the Kemin Department of Agrarian Development. In 2013, appointed Chief Specialist of the Economy and Industry Sector of the Kemin District State Administration. In 2014, worked as Executive Secretary of the Kemin City Council. In 2018, was awarded the class rank “Municipal Service Advisor, 3rd Class.” Married, father of four children.
