Dear residents of the city of Kemin,

In order to implement the Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic dated September 6, 2022, No. 305
“On National Cleanliness Day and the Action Plan for Creating an Effective Household Waste Processing Infrastructure for 2023–2025,” a citywide community clean-up will be held on September 20, 2025, in the city of Kemin.

Employees of the Kemin District State Administration, district departments, the Kemin City Mayor’s Office, as well as all city residents, are invited to take part in the event.

We encourage everyone to actively participate, contribute to keeping the environment clean, improve public spaces, and promote environmental awareness.

A clean city is everyone’s responsibility!
