On November 27, 2025, the official construction of a new modern maternity hospital with a capacity of 50 beds began in the city of Kemin. A capsule-laying ceremony was held as part of the event.





The ceremony was conducted within the framework of an initiative and under the supervision of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security, General Colonel Kamchybek Tashiev.
The project aims to strengthen the healthcare system of the Kemin district, improve maternal and child health protection, and ensure the provision of high-quality medical services to the population.
